At Simply Merino Clothing Company we ship all our products using CanadaPost. We NEVER mark up CanadaPost's quoted rates.
For orders shipping within Canada, we offer discounted flat rate shipping of $6.99 for CanadaPost's 'Expedited Parcel' service which is quicker than regular parcel service and includes a tracking number. During checkout you can choose faster class of service (such as XpressPost) if you desire (though we think Expedited Parcel is a great service).

For orders shipping to the USA, we offer discounted flat rate shipping of $6.99 for CanadaPost's 'Small Packet Air' service which is quicker than surface packages and is an excellent balance of cost and speed. The package will be given to the US Postal Service, who will bring it to your door. Small Packet Air does NOT have a tracking number. During checkout you can choose faster class of service (such as XpressPost) with tracking number if you desire.
For all international orders you can choose your class of shipping during the checkout process. Rates are as offered to us by CanadaPost.
And if you order over $150, shipping is free! (Canada and USA only.)
