"Choosing pajamas is always a challenge for me. I think about them spending a large part of their existence in pajamas and I struggle to fnd safe ones. I have an organic mattress and sheets, so it seems silly to wrap their bodies in something that contradicts all my efforts to keep them healthy while they sleep. I never considered wool as an option because when I think wool I think itchy. Its not always an accurate assumption and in this case the complete opposite of the truth." Read more from Safemama...

"What is silky soft against your childs skin, helps regulate their body temperature, wicks away baby drool (and other emissions), and is anti-microbial and flame-retardant? Oh, and all naturally, without toxic chemicals? Why, its Merino wool. And weve found a great new line of merino wool baby infant gowns, sleepers and two piece sets that we think are just ducky. Or should we say, just sheep?" Read more from Yoyomama...

I love all the amazing parents who have created businesses to make it easier for the rest of us to source green and healthy solutions for our families..." Mamamaven.ca
"These garments are an absolute dream: the best money can buy...If we could only afford to turn the entire wardrobe of our ever-fast-growing children into Simply Merino.
My kiddos owned a number of merino garments in the past (shipped from all over the globe) and these (from Simply Merino) are by far my favorites as the knit feels thicker yet softer." (Yuliya, Edmonton)
"I really like the quality and how they wash. My son is comfortable in them and his temperature regulation seems better. He usually is very hot and will not tolerate blankets, likes his feet bare and this kind of thing. The PJs are just about perfect for him, temperature-wise. Thanks a lot for the nice product!" (Vera, Manitoba)
"My husband is now understanding the merits of this cosy, but not heavy, wool sleeper. It's warm, but breathable, and is easy to get my daughter in and out of (some sleepers have tight unstretching cuffs). From a guy that wears shorts all winter and thinks that wool = itchy... It's saying a lot when he would buy an adult version of this sleeper if it was available!!!" (Kim, Burnaby)
"I love, love, love the two piece merino wool base-layer/pyjamas/play-around-the-house-in-all-day wear. I have dressed my boys in their merino wool clothes on the mountains and soccer fields as a base layer and around the house as comfortable play-wear. What really makes me love the pieces three-fold is that my youngest son has very sensitive skin and suffers from eczema. While vacationing in Mexico last December, he suffered from eczema and the only thing he could wear to sleep at night was his merino wools! So, thank you for bringing this clothing line to my family here in Vancouver and I hope that you will expand into some bigger sizes so that I can continue to keep my boys comfortable for the years to come." (Natasha, Vancouver)
"Loved the idea of Simply Merino's two-piece sleepers. Our daughter is tall for a one year old and 'footed' sleepers just aren't working for us. So glad I purchased a pair of Simply Merino pyjamas at the Family & Baby Fair. It only took me a few days of using them to realize that these sleepers should be the mainstay in her sleepwear category! With the cold weather upon us I'm not worried if she kicks off her blankets in the night because she stays warm and cozy due to Simply Merino's wool separates. Have to admit that the cost per item made me hesitant but since I'm using them, pretty much, as pyjamas, leggings and thermal underwear - they're a steal! 3 in 1 uses?! These are SO working for us! I couldn't decide on which colour so I purchased several more. They wear well and are easy to care for, they don't need extra attention in the laundry and that suits me fine... Thank you Ladies for bringing this product closer to home." (Nancy, Mt Pleasant)
"My son got his first set of 'Merinos' almost exactly a week ago. So far he has worn them as pajamas, under soccer gear, under hockey gear, under shorts and a Tshirt and as loungewear around the house. After all that, I had to put my foot down on wearing them to school until they'd been washed." (Maria, Vancouver)
"Love our Simply Merino. Cozy warm, wash great (even in the dryer) but what I like the best is theyre good enough to wear beyond the bedroom. Theyre like tights/leggings but for boys. The first time we wore them to swim class my four-year-old did say But mom these are my pajamas, but he got over it. They look great tucked into rain boots and it means I dont have to change them before an early morning class or aprs ski this winter." |
