Return Policy

We will gladly accept any returns within 60 days from date of purchase as long as items are still in NEW condition (not worn or washed). Please send your items back to us at the address below, and include your name, order number, and reason for return with your item. We do NOT pay for return shipping.

Please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of purchase if any item arrives with manufacturing/workmanship defects, fabric defects, or if there are any fulfillment errors in your order. We will work to get your order corrected as quickly as possible and pay for return shipping.

Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive your return.

  • Items discounted by more than 25%

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I return an item?

Canadian customers can send their items to the Canadian address on our returns page. US and International customers can send their items back to the US address listed on our returns page. You do not need to contact us before sending in your return, but if you have a tracking number for the package, please feel free to email us with the tracking number. Please include your name and order number with the return.

Are returns free?

No. We do not cover the cost of returns.

How long do refunds take?

Once the item arrives back to us, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 days of your return being processed.

How do I exchange an item?

As a very small shop, we are not able to offer exchanges that require shipping. If you are local to Vancouver, please reach out to our customer service team to arrange an exchange at our local pickup location.

Can I cancel my order?

Maybe. If you need to cancel an order, please email us right away with your order number. We cannot guarantee that your email will be received before your order is shipped. Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled.

Can I make changes to my order?

Possibly. Please email us as soon as possible with any changes you may want. We will do our best to make changes before your order is shipped. Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, we are unable to make changes to your order.

Can I get a price adjustment?

We do not offer price adjustments.
