wow wow wow, even as someone who is already a wool convert these pants exceeded my expectations in every way. For starters, they are UNREAL soft and not the tiniest bit itchy. They are also cozy (and it’s winter here in Vermont) without getting too hot like synthetics can. Best of all, the merino wool means they can go way longer without washing than my other sweats…like truly they do not get smelly or baggy. If anything, they just get more comfortable. I am roughly 36 in waist and 48 inch hips and got the XL. They fit a tiny bit snug around my tummy but again relax perfectly with wear.
These sweatpants are my go to pants this winter! So soft, great quality and good fit. I’m 5’11” and usually sweats run short on me, these are perfect.
what more can I say?
if only I had more pairs...
I have quite a collection of loungewear, when I'm home I'm always in some form of sweatpant/jogger or leggings and these are putting all my other pairs out of commission. They are incredibly soft and have such a plush/cooshy feel. I got size small as I didn't want them too oversized and they are perfect, loose and comfy, but not baggy. The elastic at the ankle is a little tighter than I'm used to. The length is good for me, but I could see if you were taller that they could feel short. For reference I'm 5'5", 130# with a 36" hip.
The dream lounge pants. Unbelievably soft, warm, and cozy without looking too much like “sweatpants” if that makes sense. Very well made. My only wish was that the ankle cuffs were a little looser. I’m wearing a size S and definitely don’t think I could size up based on the fit elsewhere, but the ankle cuffs were incredibly tight. After wearing them for about about two weeks, they are starting to relax a bit though (not in a bad way/not a sign of poor quality at all).
Note: Merino wool is naturally odor & stain resistant, no need to frequently wash.
