Beautiful and classic piece for summer

I've loved everything I've bought from Simply Merino and the swimsuit is no exception. It's well-made, flattering, and offers a timeless, simple, elegant look. I usually wear a medium in their tops and large in their bottoms. I went with medium for the swimsuit as the size chart suggest and I'm very happy with the fit (I am 5'6, hourglass/curvy, 32G bra size, and usually a size 8-12 jeans). I also bought the bicycle shorts (in my usual large) in the same colour to create a matching swim set for when I want a bit more modesty and that looks really nice as well. Thanks for another wonderful Canadian product! This might be the first time in my adult life I have a swimsuit I'm excited to put on! I might have to buy in more colours once they are all available again...

So breathable!

I recently wore my suit as a bodysuit to the farmers market as I haven’t had a chance to swim yet. I was wearing my baby and we were both so comfortable! He fell asleep almost instantly because it kept us both dry. I can’t wait to buy more wool tops for baby wearing this summer 💕

Amazing thickness ( denier) of fabric, smooth finish, lovely colour choices. Fits like a glove and is secure in all places needed. Very well made product. I will save this item for open water swims ( not wishing to put it in chlorine pools).

Stylish & eco-friendly

It was so challenging finding a non-plastic bathing suit. By the time I found one, I assumed I'd have to sacrifice style. I have to say, though, this suit is sexy! I love the color (red) and fit. The wool doesn't hold water any differently than polyester. Highly recommended and I'll likely order another!

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I store my wool?

If you are not wearing your wool regularly, we recommend storing it in a cedar chest or in a sealed Ziploc bag.

How should I wash my wool?

Always wash your wool on a delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Never use bleach.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page contains a Size Chart to help you select the correct size based on body measurements. If you need any additional sizing information, please reach out to our customer service team. We know that online shopping can sometimes be frustrating, and we are always here to help!

Do moths really eat wool?

Moth and other bugs do like to nibble on most natural fibers, wool included. If you suspect you have moths, we recommend washing your wool, air dry, then freeze to kill any eggs that may be present. Storing your wool properly will prevent damage from bugs.

When will an out-of-stock item be available?

Our Fall/Winter collection gets fully restocked in September, while our Spring/Summer collection restocks in April. Small restocks are done throughout the year. Restock notifications are available through our website by selecting the size and colour you are interested in and then providing your email address.
