Comfort Meets Sustainability

Merino wool is a renewable resource, making it one of the most sustainable fabrics available. With access to grass and water, their fleece naturally regenerates each year, providing a continuous and sustainable source.

Feel good about dressing your family in Simply Merino

Temperature Regulating

Merino wool naturally insulates in the cold by trapping air and keeps you cool in the heat by absorbing and releasing moisture.

Incredibly Soft

Merino wool is soft because its ultra-fine fibers—typically 18–24 microns—are smoother and gentler against the skin than regular wool.

Machine Washable

Merino wool’s naturally crimped fibers and smooth surface help it retain shape and resist shrinking, especially when washed gently with cool water and a wool-safe detergent.

Wicks Away Moisture

Merino wool keeps you dry by wicking moisture away from your skin and absorbing it into the fibers without feeling wet.

Hypoallergenic

Merino wool naturally wicks moisture and resists bacteria and dust mites, helping reduce allergen buildup.

Naturally Fire Resistant

Merino wool is naturally fire-resistant, thanks to its keratin-rich fibers and moisture content, which cause it to smolder rather than ignite.

Durable

Merino wool is durable because its fine, strong fibers are naturally elastic, allowing them to bend without breaking.

Biodegradable

Merino wool is fully biodegradable—cut it into small pieces and compost in soil, where it naturally breaks down within 12 months and enriches the earth.

Comfy pants

These pants are incredibly soft and cozy. Love the wool. Great for lounging and sleep. Comfortable waist and deep pockets. Style is a bit cropped on me so I wear with wool sock if it’s chilly. Looks good with the side slit top.

versatile pant

I reach for these pants almost every day. I change into them the moment I get home from work, and I live in them on the weekends. The are comfortable, soft and look great to run errands in or go out to dinner. The length is perfect for me. I am 5'6" tall with a 31" inseam. The pants look cropped without looking like I am wearing something that shrunk in the wash...lol. The waist band does not roll and I love the pockets! I am so glad I made the purchase!

Lovely Pants

The pants fit and feel great and I love the style. My only issue is that I am 5' 10.5' and they were too short for me. I had the hem let down as far as they would go and they are passable, but another inch or 2 of fabric on the hem, or a tall size option would have been great for me. Love everything I bought from here thanks!

Perfect pants

The wide leg lounge pants are ultra comfortable and have been a staple in my wardrobe this winter. I've been wearing this pair in tandem with a navy pair that I purchased before Christmas. These are some of the best clothing purchases I've made in the past few years. They are comfortable, stylish and long wearing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I store my wool?

If you are not wearing your wool regularly, we recommend storing it in a cedar chest or in a sealed Ziploc bag.

How should I wash my wool?

Always wash your wool on a delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Never use bleach.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page contains a Size Chart to help you select the correct size based on body measurements. If you need any additional sizing information, please reach out to our customer service team. We know that online shopping can sometimes be frustrating, and we are always here to help!

Do moths really eat wool?

Moth and other bugs do like to nibble on most natural fibers, wool included. If you suspect you have moths, we recommend washing your wool, air dry, then freeze to kill any eggs that may be present. Storing your wool properly will prevent damage from bugs.
